An exciting project that deals with how people are managed in enterprise development companies. Was developed for Originate initially. I chose an Ember, Node.js and Mongo stack. Had a pilot up and running in two weeks and rolled out to 160 software engineers. It ended being a team of 12 people, some in Eastern Europe, some in SF, some in LA, some of which I hired myself. 160,000 lines of code that worked well. I was responsible for everything on the project, user experience, working with UI/UX people to get the flows right, working with stake holders, choosing the stack and training junior people on the project, I also wrote most of the code!
